LRA Worldwide Names Paul Rubin Chief Financial Officer
HORSHAM, Pennsylvania; March 15, 2006 - LRA Worldwide, Inc., a leading consulting, organizational development and research firm in the growing sector of Customer Experience Management (CEM), has appointed Paul F. Rubin as Chief Financial Officer. Rubin joins LRA as the firm has experienced dramatic revenue growth over the past three years; his mandate is to assist the firm in formulating its strategic growth plan and to design and implement financial infrastructure needed to support even greater projected long-term growth.

Rubin, a Managing Director of Algon Group, a financial advisory and investment banking firm, specializes in providing CFO level services to clients. He brings more than 20 years of senior-level financial and accounting experience to the LRA leadership team, most recently as a Director in the Century Business Services Outsourced Financial Services Group, and as a Partner and CFO for Zelenkofske Axelrod & Company, a major Philadelphia-based accounting and consulting firm. In addition, Rubin has provided CFO advisory services to numerous emerging and middle-market manufacturing, service and distribution companies.
Rubin joins LRA at an opportune juncture, as the notion of "customer experience" has gained a caché in the business world fueled by best-selling books such as Experiential Marketing and The Experience Economy. LRA is poised to capitalize on the growing desire of companies to fuel bottom-line growth by using "customer experience" as a competitive advantage. In LRA's view, CEM dictates that every time a company and a customer interact, the customer learns something about the company that will either strengthen or weaken the future relationship.
