LRA Worldwide Senior Consultant Peter Calomino Licensed as Private Investigator in Nevada
Consulting Firm Authorized to Conduct Casino "Mystery Shopping" Programs
HORSHAM, Pennsylvania; March 23, 2005 - LRA Worldwide announced that one of its Senior Consultants, Peter Calomino, passed the Nevada Department of Justice Private Investigator's exam. With this credential, Calomino is fully-licensed to conduct Quality Assurance "Mystery Shopping" programs in Las Vegas hotels and casinos. Without a P.I. license, unannounced "Mystery Shopping" is illegal in the State of Nevada.
Based outside of Philadelphia, LRA is a leading consulting and research firm in the area of Customer Experience Management, or CEM. As one of its CEM service offerings, LRA designs and implements "Mystery Shopping" programs for some of the leading brands in lodging, gaming, dining, golf, spa and travel, completing more than 2,000 inspections and site audits per year. Prior to Calomino's certification as a P.I. in Las Vegas, LRA had not conducted any programs at stand-alone properties in Las Vegas due to Nevada's restrictions on mystery shopping.

Calomino, who has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry both on the operational and academic level, passed the rigorous written exam. He was granted his license officially on March 22nd after passing the oral portion of the exam before the State of Nevada's Private Investigator's Licensing Board and the Attorney General of Nevada.
