LRA Worldwide Names Ted Fisch Director of Business Development

HORSHAM, Pennsylvania; December 16, 2004 - LRA Worldwide, a leading consulting and research firm in the growing sector of Customer Experience Management (CEM), announced the hiring of Ted Fisch as Director of New Business Development. Fisch joins LRA with 17 years of sales and marketing experience in the CPG, Manufacturing, Retail and Interactive industries.

Fisch's most recent engagement was as the Director of Business Development for Fry, Inc., a full service e-Business consulting firm. Prior to his work with Fry, Fisch worked as the National Sales Manager for VerticalNet, Inc., an online B2B marketplace firm based in Horsham, PA. At both Fry and VerticalNet, Fisch was charged with promoting sales growth within the existing customer base and developing external sales opportunities, generating more than $4.5 million dollars in business over the past three years. He has extensive experience selling both products and services, which will serve him well in the growing arena of CEM solutions.
