LRA Names New Marketing Director

Sports and entertainment veteran Zach Conen hired to further LRA's growth initiatives

HORSHAM, Pennsylvania; August 23, 2004 - LRA Worldwide announced today that it has hired Zach Conen as its Director of Marketing. Conen joins LRA after spending five years as the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing, Promotions and Ticket Sales at Temple University. Said Rob Rush, LRA's CEO, "Zach's extensive background and accomplishments in the sports and entertainment area will certainly benefit LRA as we continue to expand our company's Customer Experience Management Services into that space, as well as our continuing work in the food service, gaming, hospitality and travel industries. Zach spearheaded both of his former employers' efforts to create exceptional experiences that compel customers to return again and again, so he clearly understands the value that LRA brings to its clients."

Conen will work to stimulate LRA's growth through a variety of marketing, public relations, branding and business development initiatives. His primary responsibility will be to ensure the clarity and consistency of the LRA "story" through the company website, newsletter, collateral pieces, proposals, presentations and correspondence. In addition, Conen will work to enhance LRA's exposure in the marketplace through public/media relations efforts, and will assist in identifying and developing new markets for LRA to pursue.

During his tenure at Temple, Conen oversaw significant growth in both Football attendance and ticket revenue, and was known for developing, planning and implementing creative game promotions, as well as writing and designing effective advertising and promotional campaigns. In 2001, his advertising campaign for Temple Football was recognized by Team Marketing Report as one of the best in the country and he received an exemplary service award from Temple University that same year. Prior to working at Temple, Conen served as the Director of Ticket Operations for the Reading Phillies, the highly-decorated Double-A farm club of the Philadelphia Phillies, where he managed five consecutive seasons of record-breaking attendance. Conen earned his undergraduate degree in American History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993; he was awarded his MBA by Temple University in May of 2004.
