What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery Shopping is a tool used by market research companies to measure quality of service. A mystery shopper is an independent auditor who, like an undercover agent, captures and records the customer's experience.
As a mystery shopper with LRA, you will be assigned to visit a business in-person or even make a telephone phone call as a genuine customer requesting a particular service or product. During your interactions with the associate(s) at the business (or on the telephone), you will be required to record your experiences and report them in our online system.
LRA has many different clients, in many different industries. Every shop is different. Each assigned shop will contain specific guidelines and instructions as to what you, the shopper, are to evaluate during the assignment. It is up to you to learn the specific requirements so that you can perform the shop correctly — and get compensated.
Compensation for successfully competed shops varies and will be indicated before you commit to an assignment.
