TrueViewSM Project Manager
This position is responsible for managing projects related to LRA's new TrueViewSM service. TrueViewSM was developed for businesses for which conventional mystery shopping simply cannot provide an accurate or thorough picture of the customer experience – in this instance, it allows companies to understand customer interactions from the perspective of real customers. TrueViewSM combines the online community, mystery shopping and survey research panel concepts in a Web 2.0 package that enables direct dialogue with and feedback from customers.
Responsibilities include overseeing and managing the sampling, data collection and reporting processes in a flawless and efficient manner that addresses clients’ project objectives. This includes developing timelines and providing best practices on customer engagement, managing internal resources to ensure timelines are being met and tasks are being performed efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
This position requires strong survey research and Web 2.0 aptitude, energetic drive, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. The candidate will work alongside internal and external groups around the globe to support the management of TrueViewSM projects:
- Ownership of custom customer recruitment, project management and customer communication
- Design and development of TrueView SM "evaluation shops" (survey questionnaires) for client projects
- Design and development of standard and customized results reporting for TrueView SM in general and TrueView SM clients in particular
- Develop project plans, recruit TrueViewSM members and overall sample management
- Develop and manage project plans that remain on scope, on time, and on budget
- Communicate with external partners and internal teams on an ongoing basis regarding project status
- Support TrueViewSM proposal development, recruiting strategy, and pricing
- Investigate and implement customer incentive programs and redemption options including partnerships with LRA clients and vendors
- Formulate strategy and develop comprehensive plans of where and how social media integrations into online customer recruit and management
- Manages the overall quality control and scope management for all projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4-6 years experience managing online survey research projects, including survey design, programming data collection and reporting
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies (e.g., social media, online communities, etc…)
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time, the ability to develop realistic project timelines and maintain project schedules and actively communicate project status to internal and external clients
- Familiarity with and experience in development of basic online results reporting
- Degree in marketing research, social sciences, communication orr psychology preferred
