Quality Assurance Consultant - Northeastern USA/West Coast of USA
Reporting to one or more of LRA’s Operations Managers, a Consultant will be responsible for effectively conducting inspections for various brand assurance programs according to specific client requirements. The individual must have hospitality management experience. The position requires an assertive individual with hands-on experience in some aspects of food and beverage and / or hotel operations. The Consultant must be well-spoken and have the ability to present materials in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. You will deliver meaningful and accurate summary presentations of your evaluation findings to key property level executives. Your goals and objectives must align with LRA’s core values: courtesy, professionalism, responsiveness and a devotion to client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Three years of management experience in a Hotel Rooms Division, Food & Beverage department or in an upscale Food & Beverage venue
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to use a laptop
- A valid Drivers License and valid Passport
- The ability to work independently
- A highly motivated team player who addresses issues quickly and responsively
- Excellent (written and verbal) communication and inter-personal skills
- Should have a credit card line of $7,500 USD
- Live near a major airport
Additional Information
We are specifically looking for consultants for the entire metropolitan area stretching from DC to Boston (NYC Metropolitan area a plus) as well the West Coast of the United States. Most trips are scheduled in two week blocks which require weekend stays on the road.
