Culinary Operations Specialist - USA
LRA is currently accepting applications for Quality Assurance Consultants to service our upscale foodservice accounts. Only candidates with managerial experience in upscale foodservice or luxury/upscale hotel F&B will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the United States Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Quality Assurance Consultants will be responsible for effectively conducting inspections for various brand assurance programs according to specific client requirements, and deliver meaningful and accurate summary presentations of your evaluation findings to key property level executives. Consultants must be assertive, well-spoken, and have the ability to present materials in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Your goals and objectives must align with LRA’s core values: courtesy, professionalism, responsiveness and a devotion to client satisfaction.
This position is 100% travel. Trips are traditionally scheduled in two-week blocks, with approximately two weekends home (4 total days) per month.
All candidates must meet the following requirements:
At least three years of management experience in one or more of the following:
- Luxury/High-End Hotel Food & Beverage
- Upscale Corporate Dining/Foodservice
- Upscale Restaurant
- Willingness and ability to travel 100%
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Passport
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to address issues quickly and responsively
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications as well as a laptop with minimal assistance
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Available credit line of $7,500 USD
- Live within one hour of a major airport
Luxury/High-End Hotel Room Operations management experience is also preferred, but not required.
