Account Administrator - Horsham, PA, USA

The job of the LRA Worldwide Account Administrator is to provide administrative support services for the LRA Account Team(s) in all aspects of servicing the client(s). The Account Administrator is assigned client(s) to support their quality evaluation programs which will involve the following: Searching for new and innovative ways to improve all processes, notification of properties, if required, proofreading, correspondence with clients (e-mail, telephone, etc.), filing, running reporting, invoicing along with various other responsibilities. The Account Administrator reports directly to the Account Team Leader, which is either the Vice President and/or Senior Consultant, assigned to that specific account. Your goals and objectives must align with LRA’s core values: courtesy, professionalism, responsiveness and a devotion to client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates Degree
• Account Administrator must exhibit a professional demeanor at all times
• Must be well-spoken, knowledgeable
• Present materials in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to use a computer/laptop
• A highly motivated team player who addresses issues quickly and responsively
• Excellent (written and verbal) communication and inter-personal skills
• The ability to work independently
