Leadership : Mike Phillips, Senior Vice President, Research

Mike Phillips is currently Senior VP – Research for LRA Worldwide, with executive responsibility for analytic/research consulting and product/service development in the areas of custom and syndicated survey research.

Mike has over 20 years of experience in the research and marketing information industries. Prior to joining LRA Worldwide, he was Vice President of Professional Services for Vovici Corporation, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of software tools for survey researchers. In this role, Mike managed teams responsible for all phases of survey design, development, data collection/integration and analysis. Mike was also responsible for consulting directly with Vovici's top 10 (revenue) clients on the design and use of survey research to measure customer and employee satisfaction, develop segmentation frameworks and introduce new products and services. Clients he has consulted directly with include: Cisco, Oracle, Eli Lilly, Pfizer Animal Health, Coca-Cola and Duke Energy.

Prior to his tenure with Vovici, Mike was Vice President of comScore Insights, a division of comScore Inc. responsible for all custom primary survey research projects – from survey design to analysis of results. Mike has also worked in various executive positions for NFO Healthcare, Yankelovich Partners and KPMG.

Mike has a Master of Science degree (Management Science with honors) from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from Georgia State University.
