Leadership : Stan Lashner, Chief Operating Officer

Stan serves as LRA's Chief Operating Officer and is a co-founder of the company. Stan is responsible for overseeing a number of firm-wide activities and disciplines including corporate operations, information technology, finance and human resources. In addition, Stan oversees all client engagements, providing support and oversight for both the Quality Assurance and Consulting Services groups, helping the individual project teams better serve the client. Stan also ensures that all client engagements meet the high standards dictated by the corporate Mission, Vision and Values.

Recently, Stan has been charged with managing a number of internal special projects precipitated by LRA's dynamic growth. Stan has spearheaded initiatives to overhaul LRA's IT infrastructure, develop a "best of breed" web-based Quality Assurance data reporting tool and identify, recruit, hire and train nearly 30 new hospitality consultants to accommodate a near 100-percent increase in LRA's QA business. In addition, Stan has worked closely with CEO Rob Rush and CFO Paul Rubin to develop and execute a detailed business plan to sustain LRA's rapid growth in a profitable manner.

Prior to founding LRA, Stan served as a Supervising Manager at a leading International Professional Services Consulting firm. A credentialed CPA, Stan received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University, where he has also served as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance.
