LEADERSHIP
CONSTANCE BILLÉ, M.Ed.
Director of Organizational Development and Training
Constance brings to LRA and its clients a wealth of experience and expertise in all facets of organizational development and change management, including training, instructional design, classroom delivery, development of performance improvement initiatives and instructional technology. At LRA, Constance leads LRA’s stand-alone training services; in addition, she serves as the primary organizational development resource on all CEM project teams, heading the implementation efforts for these client initiatives.
Throughout her career, Constance has served in a variety of organizational development positions, both as an internal resource at such leading companies as AT&T, Towers Perrin, SAP America and IMS Health, and for external training consultancies. Most recently, she served as the Leader of Instructional Design for NewtonEdge, a custom eLearning agency for the pharmaceutical industry. At NewtonEdge, Constance designed, developed and delivered a variety of cutting-edge programs for Pfizer, Genentech and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Constance also spent several years as an independent consultant in technical writing and instructional design, counting MBNA and the DuPont Institute as clients, among others.
Constance is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development, the Society for Technical Communication, and the eLearning Guild. In addition to her skills in content development, she is an expert project manager and facilitator, and is fluent in the use of various software programs associated with Instructional Design and Learning/Content Management.
Constance currently resides in Philadelphia, PA, and has a B.A in
English from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Educational
Media/Training from Temple University.
